Nuntius is a 60 min film starring the Finnish futurist actor Mr. Normall. The film is shown exclusively with live sound performed by electronic music maestros Jimi Tenor and Jori Hulkkonen.

Nuntius is a futuristic road-movie. In the spirit of Godard the film didn´t have a script and the story came about via improvisation. Nuntius is in effect a silent movie. Tenor and Hulkkonen were inspired by silent films such as Chien D’Andalou, Nosferatu and Metropolis. Other inspirations from more modern film making would be Eisenstein’s Ivan the Terrible, Tarkovski’s Solaris and Kubrik’s Space Odyssey 2001.

Nuntius is one man´s journey from one dimension to another and back. Mr Normall is sent on a mission to find something from earth and bring it back to his home. Nuntius is a visual poem accompanied by electronic music.

The film features a soundtrack written by Tenor/Hulkkonen, and is always performed live with the film, by Jimi Tenor and Jori Hulkkonen. The film or the soundtrack will not be released, not together or separately. This live cinema performance will be shown for first time in Asia is an event that one must experience in person.

Koy dreams of becoming a singer, she met Darin who helps and trains her for work, as well as providing her warmth. After that Koy falls in love with Darin without know that in fact, Darin is a Kra-sue (a type of ghoul in Thai folktale) who tries to make Koy a Kru-sue just like her, by passing evilness through the saliva from their relationship. (All of the character’s behaviors are referenced from the behavior of Kra-sue, according to Thai folk tales)
